Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing through email. Refunds are subject to the following:

  • Cancellation more than 365 days prior to tour: full refund on deposit

  • Cancellation 365 days to 60 days prior to tour: 50% of deposit refunded

  • Cancellation less than 60 days prior to tour: no refund.
